Kennedy, President and Founder: MBA
James
brings over 10 years of consulting, marketing
and technology experience. He began this
work
after graduating from the Bentley College Graduate
School of Management. James has worked with a
diverse group of industries from financial services
to printing, from hospitality to photography,
and from manufacturing to real estate. This work
includes market research, website design and development,
e-commerce, marketing campaigns, sales improvement,
systems analyses, brand creation, promotions,
direct mail advertising and public relations.
He directs his creative talents to generate strong
brand awareness and increased customer loyalty.
This is always done with an eye toward improving
time to market and reducing costs. His systems
consulting highlights the advantages technology
can bring to an organization when executives and
managers work collaboratively with information
technology.
Vicky DePiore, SPHR, GPHR
Ms. DePiore is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in numerous industries including steel manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, underground mining machinery, ceramics, financial and non for profit.
She has a BS in Industrial Relations from Clarion University of PA, and a Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University. In addition to her formal education, she has achieved both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) designation, and is a certified DDI (Development Dimensions International) trainer.
Vicky is the VP of Diversity & Inclusion for the Cleveland SHRM, and volunteers for programs including the American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer’s Foundation, and The Littlest Heroes. She is the Director of Human Resources for Warrensville Developmental Center and is on the board of directors for Spectrum of Supportive Services, is on the HR advisory board for Bryant & Stratton College and lends her HR expertise to many community activities and support programs.
Stephen Kotler, Principal-
Stephen Kotler is an experienced consultant who provides strategic, operational and financial advisory services to small and medium sized businesses undergoing a transition or requiring a transformation that is fundamental in nature. Mr. Kotler has worked with companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale/retail, biotech and information technology. Mr. Kotler also brings valuable expertise in information technology solutions for businesses wanting to increase their operational efficiency, profitability, and return on investment. His skills include business process analysis, application consulting, and systems integration and engineering.
Prior to joining MMT, Mr. Kotler was principal and CFO of The Watermill Group, a private equity firm with a focus on value oriented investing in small to medium sized manufacturing and value-added distribution companies. Prior to the Watermill Group, Mr. Kotler was Principal of the Strategic Financial Services Group at Mage, LLC, a consulting firm which strengthens clients’ ability to perform and build long-term value by developing leadership, improving processes, and enhancing management and business excellence.
Mr. Kotler is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Treasurer of Pocahontas Greenbelt Corporation. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and Graduate Degree in Public Accounting from McGill University.

Tuxbury, Senior Consultant and Interim Executive: MBA -

manufacturing and operations. Bill,
a Harvard
MBA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt,
has developed and
revitalized companies, successfully
improving top and bottom line results
and organizational
effectiveness. Bill is an experienced senior
level executive who has managed transitions,
crisis
and change within small to mid-sized
companies. His
hands-on implementation experience and
broad strategic vision focused helps
him improve profitability and efficiencies
for MMT clients. Court Booth, Senior Consultant - Court is a
community educator and action learning specialist
with
over 25 years
of experience
designing and delivering training programs and
interventions for industry groups and educational
institutions. Court has worked with clients in
a wide range of business endeavors over the course
of his career, often as a representative of organizations
such as Outward Bound, Project Adventure, and
other leading edge providers of organizational
development services. He also has a background
in sales and marketing. Court focuses on team
development and adventure-based learning in his
current role with MMT.
Jeffery
Davis, Strategic Partner -
Davis works with clients on a personal
basis and utilizes his diverse background
and unusual flexibility to identify
corporate goals and develop a strategy
to enhance growth or ensure a smooth
transition. Davis' approach keeps him
actively involved with every client
and always available to address their
needs or concerns. Over the past two
decades, Davis has worked with hundreds
of owners and leaders of emerging and
transitioning firms to define their
vision and goals and achieve overall
success. His expertise includes advising
executives of growing organizations
on all aspects of leadership, from
initial strategy and organizational
design and change to marketing and
business plan implementation. Before
founding Mage, Davis established his
reputation as an entrepreneurial strategist,
organizational change agent and marketing
and sales expert working for well-known
international organizations, including
Johnson & Johnson, Avis and Quaker
Oats. Davis is a member of the Family
Firm Institute, the National Association
of Corporate Directors, President Emeritus
of the New England Jewish National
Fund and today serves as the Jewish
National Fund's Zone President for
the New England Region. Davis did his
undergraduate work at Concordia University
in Montreal, where he majored in psychology
and commerce. He pursued graduate studies
at the University of Ottawa, majoring
in marketing with a minor in human
resource development.
